Not having the heart to wake her he slipped out of bed and went into the kitchen, gathering the ingredients he needed he began to mix together a batch of his cheese bread.
He figured that she'd enjoy it when she woke up later, hopefully it was later. He had flour dusted all over him. There was a moment when he noticed his hands began to shake and he gripped the kitchen counter hard enough his knuckles began to turn white. He closed his eyes waiting for it to pass.
